I have sent two emails now over the past two weeks w no response.
The item I ordered took three times longer than it was supposed to to arrive and when it did arrive it was the wrong item and not what I ordered. I am trying to figure out returning it for a refund.

I was trying to place an order for one thing of cream and one brush and somehow I got three creams no brush and my order processed without a hey would you like to evaluate your order before processing kind of thing. So just so you understand I will be telling all of my friends all of my family and anybody that I know or meet to never buy products from you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They did handle it immediately once made aware.
Recieved it within days of filing my grievance. They immediately had multiple different agents reach out trying to assist.
I would definitely use them again. Very satisfied..
Ordered 3 things of their make-up. They never sent any of it. Google it, same complaint by many people

Im not sure they even know what theyre doing except stealing peoples money. They are thieves, scammers, frauds, the list goes on. Im angry. The girl who keeps emailing me back doesnt address everything in my emails.
She avoided my question to refund my account several times. She asked me if I had contacted my local USPS and after I told her I had again she asks me if I had contacted them. Good grief.
They are unprofessional. Total scammers.

When I checked with my credit card co. They informed me that your company charged me $59.00 twice.

They will not refund my money after not receiving the product I ordered! Theyre frauds, thieves, liars, scammers the list could go on and on.
The person whos email me doesnt answer all my questions, just to avoid telling me that they arent going to refund my money.
Not until after I sent several emails asking for a refund. Im mad.
