Planet Shopper are THIEVES and STEAL your money giving you nothing but frustration and an empty wallet in return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY ON PLANET SHOPPER!

Instead, open your window and throw the cash out of it and it will hopefully land in the hands of a needy person. A much better way to lose your money! Details: I ordered an item from Planet Shopper and trusted that site because it was listed on Pinterest and their policy says they vet all of their advertisers (THEY DO NOT), so I figured they were reputable. I waited three weeks before contacting them to find out where my product was.

They told me it was delivered to the USPS and to contact them. I did and the United States Post Office NEVER received a package for me from Planet Shopper. I contacted Planet Shopper, got the same customer service rep "Jane" who told me to just wait and be patient she was sure it was on its way. I waited and waited and contacted Jane to find out where it was, she again told me to be patient.

Repeat of interaction with Jane and be patient 2 more times, then I wrote Jane and demanded a refund. Jane gave me the run around for another 3 weeks, then I again emailed her and demanded a refund. Same thing. I contacted customer service again to complain about Jane and demand a refund and they sent me to Jane who notified me that my complaint was closed and rolled into my original inquiry.

No other information. I again contacted her and received the same email saying my email was rolled into the original, no other information from Jane. Then I got smart and told Jane this was THEFT and I was reporting Planet Shopper to Pinterest and my state's attorney general's office. No response from Jane.

So I started filing complaints with Planet Shopper DAILY telling them to refund my money and it was THEFT and FRAUD and I notified Pinterest (which I did). I did this for 2 weeks and received an email from Jane telling me they had reshipped the item and would notify me soon of the new tracking number. I foolishly believed her, waited 2 more weeks then realized they never reissued. So I started writing daily complaints again.

About 2 weeks after that, I got a new email from Jane telling me my case had been referred for a refund. No other information. Repeat of all of the above, waiting, waiting, no results and I thought that's it, I am going to send them daily complaints and they can waste my money's worth in responding to my daily emails if I have to complain every day for the next year! And that is what I continue to do.

I am keeping Jane employed! A note about Pinterest, I filed a complaint and got a lovely email non-response response from them saying we take your complaints seriously and they would be passed on to the appropriate people.

Never heard another word, big surprise! That was it.

User's recommendation: Open your window and throw the money you were going to spend at Planet Shopper out of the window. Hopefully it will land in the hand of a needy person instead of the greedy hands of the Planet Shopper THIEVES who steal your money and give you zero products in return!

Refuse to listen to my concerns

I I ordered the wrong product by mistake and immediately email the chat line and they said it would be under advisement. Now I have $46 on my charge card that I did not want to have spent that I made it extremely clear to the person.

Apparently there is no way to call this so-called company to talk about anything and I want that money returned to my account. My next step is to file charges but the Better Business Bureau and Interstate Commerce this is my order number PS p117* 137

HORRIBLE SERVICE/LYING COMPANY

After 7 months of trying to get a refund for a cancelled order--still no luck. When I contact them, they send a robotic reply from "Robo Jane"--is that not a joke--letting a "virtual" "person" handle their complaint department--which I'm sure is overloaded with complaints due to their poor service and the lies they tell.

I'm still asking for a full refund of the order I placed and cancelled within a few hours and they processed and sent order anyway--even though their policy states I did comply with their policy.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY--YOU WILL BE SORRY--POOR SERVICE--LYING TO CUSTOMERS WITH NO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL. IT'S A SCAM SITE TO STEAL OUR MONEY!

I ordered makeup from planet shopper in August of 2021 and here it is December of 2021 and never received it. I emailed this Company In September and Customer Service told me to wait a few weeks and I should receive it. Still nothing!

Trying to return product I did not order

Received confirmation of an order I did not place. I immediately emailed back, since there is no phone number to b found, to stop order.

The item was mailed from Nevada, but their new gimmick is for me to return it to China! I had never heard of this company before. At first they said no returns, now they said I could mail it to China.

Don't know if the product is good or not, since I didn't open it. I would never do business with a company that has unscrupulous business practices.

They contacted me but not how to return product I did not order, but got instructions from them on how to use the product!! What gives.

Would never use them and never have! That's why I wonder why I received a product from them.

12/1/21 i ordered the bubble balls as a Christmas gift . Over $44.00 taken out of my bank account, but gift was never received. Please refund.
